This is a wonderful pair of 1940s or 50s vintage ladies’ gloves that are made in a fine black mesh in an over the elbow length, rather sexy.  They are in excellent condition and look unused.  They close with two snaps, which are stamped “RFCO”.  This is the trademark of the Rau Fastener Co. and was filed for registration in 1945, declassified in 1983.  I would assume that the mesh is made of nylon or some other synthetic. 

Size: Size 6 1/2.  I normally wear a size 7 and I was able to get them on, but they were definitely snug  They have a length of 20 1/2” to the middle finger and a palm width of 3 1/4” - they do have some stretch, so might be more like a size 6 3/4.  The middle finger has a length of 3”. 

This is a wonderful pair of vintage gloves - excellent fashion accents for a sleeveless dress!
