This is a vintage 70s sweater made of acrylic in a cardigan style.  This 70s sweater is made with a V shaped neckline and a six button closure with an additional button and loop at the shawl collar for adjusting the neckline.  There is a pocket at either lower side of the front.  It has ribbing at the cuffs, the edge of the opening and the collar.  The sweater is knit in what I call an optic zigzag pattern in tones of green and brown with red and white outlining, rather striking.

Sizing: Size L 44 is indicated on this 70s sweater, and is possibly for someone tall (note the sleeve and overall lengths) - please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders:  20 1/2” across the shoulder/sleeve seams

Sleeves:  27” long from the sleeve seam with the cuffs unturned

Sleeve Inseam:  23” with the cuff unturned

Chest:  44” around, taken under the arms, unstretched

Bottom:  44”  around, unstretched, stretches out to 42” max

Overall length:  31”, measured flat at the back from the neck seam to the hemline

Condition:  This 70s sweater is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, holes, pulls, repairs stains or odour.  This sweater looks to have seen little use and was well stored over the years.
