This is a lovely vintage evening bag featuring an embroidered silk sewn onto a brass frame that is studded with green and red rhinestones within floral shapes. The embroidery stitching on this bag is known as “Point de Beauvais Broderie”. The silk is gathered in tucks at the frame and the clasp is studded with a single green and a single red rhinestone. There is on pocket built onto the side of the interior compartment.

Size: This evening bag measures 7 1/4” wide by 6 1/2” in height, including the frame. The chain handle has a fall of 4 1/2”.
Condition: This vintage evening bag is in very good condition with no noted defect - it has been very well preserved over the years.
