This hat was made in Canada by the Smithbilt Co. It's called the "Don Mackay" style. We've had it in our hat collection for quite a while now and decided to make it available.

Period: 1960's

It's got an amazing patina and fits like a 7 3/8. I made a simple leather band for it, added a horsehair stampede string and a portion of a turkey feather.

I would say it's about a 10X quality beaver blend. It's got the look, just needs a new home. 

Condition: great wearable condition with an exception of a few moth spots, all visible on the photos.
