Alloy, gold plating or silver plating may eventually go through colour fading over times which is considered normal. Under normal circumstances, the colour could last up to 6 months. To prolong the beauty of plated gold colour, kindly minimize any sweat, chemical or water contact. Clean your jewellery each and everytime after wearing them out. Keep your jewellery in a less exposed place, e.g. Jewellery Box or Organizer case
The insert pin is made of 925 silver, suitable for those who are more likely to experience sensitivity around their piercing hole. You will also find that 925 silver is easily bendable as there is only minimal copper content in 925 silver. If the earring pin is bent when you received them, just softly unbend it. Hence, under any bent-pin circumstances, it is not considered as defect. 925 silver colour will not fade over times however it will oxidised if not frequently wore. In the case where it gets oxidised, clean using silver polishing cloth or toothpaste to immediately restore the colour.
