We strongly recommend selecting the signature confirmation option to ensure you receive your package. If your mailman loses the package, delivers it to the wrong person, or if it gets stolen off your patio, these things are completely out of our control and we will not be able to refund you for your lost order. Selecting signature confirmation ensures that you sign for your package. If you are not home, the package will be held for you to pick up at your local post office.
