[The Urban Edit] Introducing the Yotto Mask 2.0 (Second Edition), our design team added new features such as adjustable ear loops with better elasticity and improved cutting for a better fit. Comes in 3 earth colors - black, olive and khakis.

Why reusable face masks?

- Textile masks serve as as additional barriers and protective covers, they are not made to substitute medical grade masks, nor are they to be confused with the N95 respirators and surgical masks.

 

What is the use of the washable bag?

- Promotes sustainability by reducing single-use plastics.
- Allows you to keep used mask separated and organised in your bag or at home. 
- To be used and washed together with your mask.
- Clean and easy storage. 

 

How do I care for my mask and washable bag?

- Hand wash or machine wash with warm water and detergent.
- Dry the mask and washable bag thoroughly with a dryer.
- If you are sunning or air drying your mask and washable bag, please remember to iron them before use to kill the pathogens.

YACHT 21 measures our merchandise in inches and it is measured when it is laid flat. To check if the item fits you, use your own body measurement and divide by 2. The figure you get should be slightly smaller than the measurement we provided as allowance should be given to the garment for comfort fit.

HOW TO MEASURE 

  1. BUST: Measure around the fullest part.
  2. WAIST: Measure around your natural waistline (narrowest part of the bodice)
  3. MID WAIST: 2-3cm down from waist.
  4. HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  5. RISE: Measure from waist/mid waist to crotch (For bottoms, we will mention if it's mid waist or high waist.
  6. THIGH OPENING: Measure the circumference of the thigh

The merchant provides local delivery and self-collection service at the YACHT 21 studio. Local delivery below SGD$50 are charged at SGD$4 per order. Orders over SGD$50 will get to enjoy free local shipping. Paid orders will be processed and dispatched from the merchant’s warehouse on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and parcel will reach you in the next three days.

Upon check out, you will be able to choose from the below shipping methods:
- Home Delivery (11am-6pm)
- Home Delivery (6pm- onwards)

Time slots are given for you to ensure that someone will be home to collect your parcel. An email will be sent to you to inform you that your order is dispatched and will reach you in the next 3 days. However, due to overwhelming orders during peak period, the courier cannot guarantee to deliver within the chosen time (it might reach slightly earlier or slightly later) but they will ensure items to reach you within the next three days from date of dispatch.


PREORDER POLICY

Preorders are open for the new-arrival items during a stipulated timeframe before stocks reach the merchant. Basically, it gives a heads-up on their upcoming new arrivals & guarantees you a piece! Once arrived, the items will be under 'New In'. Arrival time for different items differs and are usually stated under the individual items. Normally the waiting time is 3 to 4 weeks. For preorder items, there will strictly be no cash refunds. You will be notified once the items arrive and are processed for delivery.

DEFECT ITEMS /WRONG DELIVERY

Sincere apologies for sending you a defective item. Kindly email [email protected] for further advise.

For defect items, please indicate your order number, a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description within 14 days from the date of dispatch in the email.

For wrong delivery, please indicate your order number and the correct item code/size in the email.

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you as soon as we can to inform you if the item is exchangeable. If the item you need is sold out, merchandise refund will be in the form of ShopperBoard credit.

 

RETURN POLICY

The merchant allows a one-time size exchange or return. Kindly note that return is allowed for all items except for sale items and accessories. Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original brand tags, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Merchandise refund will be in the form of ShopperBoard credit.

Exchange for a different size or different design is allowed for all items within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Do note that all exchanges are based on stock availability. Do keep a look out on the measurements provided by the merchant on each product page before making a purchase. If the item you wish to exchange exceed the value of the items you are returning, you will need to make payment for the top-up value.

If the stock is available, you will be notified and we will arrange a date & time with you to deliver the replacement piece for the exchange. However, if the stock/size is unavailable, merchandise refund will be in the form of ShopperBoard credit.

All postage fees for item exchanges/return will be borne by the customer and must be mailed back with a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Exchanges/returns are not valid if the parcel does not reach the merchant and the merchant is not liable for lost mails sent via local normal postage.

 

COLOUR ACCURACY

The merchant strives to portray the most accurate colour possible of our products that appear on our website. However, there may still be slight colour discrepancies due to the individual’s computer.

 

ITEM DAMAGED AFTER WASHED

The merchant is so sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. If after wash, the item is no longer in its original state (colour run or shrinkage), kindly email [email protected] with your order number, snapshot of the defect and a detailed description. We will get back to you as soon as we can, to understand the situation to determine if the damaged item is exchangeable for a replacement piece or store credit/refund.

All the merchandise will have washing instructions attached to it to educate the customers on the proper care for our merchandises. Kindly take note of the product care at the bottom of each product page. In the case of soaking or bleaching the apparel, which caused the damage, we will not be able to make a refund or do any exchange for you. We hope for your kind understanding.
