Every Quiet Studio item is custom made. We aim to process & dispatch all orders within 7-14 days. Occasionally this may take longer in busy periods, but we do also have times where we can dispatch your order sooner. Shipping time is on top of processing time and varies country to country. Please note that we do no accept refunds or order cancellations. We can however allow exchanges if you have chosen the incorrect size or design doesn't suit you. You have 14 days after receiving your package, to exchange and return the item.
