◄Shipping & Returns

Shipping is sent via DHL registered express post for all orders - shipping rates are based on weight and are applied at checkout of your purchase. Orders are shipped from our Head Office in Indonesia and can be shipped to a residential or commercial postal address only - we are unable to ship to that of a PO BOX.

We allow a 14-day return period from receipt of your order to be eligible for a store credit note only – where we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address we are unable to provide exchange of items for credit.
