This is a vintage 1970s Lanvin dress printed with a striking geometric pattern in tones of brown, henna, ochre gold, light blue, black and white - the pattern looks to me to take inspiration from a Southwest quilt pattern, in particular an Aztec pattern. This 1970s Lanvin dress does up the front with fifteen buttons as well as a hook and loop at the waist. The dress has a jewel neckline and is sleeveless. It has 3/4” loops at the waist for a belt, but no belt is included. It is cut in a long sheath form and is fully lined in black viscose. There is a pocket built into either side.
