How does a backorder work?
A backorder is opened if there is great demand for a certain item which is sold out. Backorders usually take 4 weeks to arrive from the date of the backorder closure date. Paid orders will be included so please do make payment before the backorder closing date. Otherwise, your order might not be secured. There can be unexpected delays. You can refer to the backorder status regularly.
The policy lasts 14 days. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately the merchant can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGE POLICY
As items are mass produced, measurements stated in our product description may vary 0.5"-0.75" and it is measured to the best accuracy. Please take note that UK sizing can only serve as a rough estimate and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.
In the case above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.

In case of item defects, please kindly email [email protected] within 14 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
