Char kway teow is considered a national favourite in Malaysia and Singapore. The dish is commonly stir-fried in pork fat with crisp croutons of pork lard, egg, slices of Chinese sausage, fishcake and beansprouts.
Lim Hang Kwong is a conceptual designer and he enjoys illustrating his favorite things in his free time. Amongst them is Makan Till Shiok!, an award-winning illustration about well-known local foods that can be found in Singapore, in commemoration of SG50.
