Pandan cake is a light, fluffy, green-colored sponge cake of Southeast Asian origin, flavoured with the juice of Pandanus amaryllifolius leaves. It is also known as pandan chiffon. In 2017, CNN named pandan cake as the national cake of Malaysia and Singapore, one of favorite cakes from around the world.
Lim Hang Kwong is a conceptual designer and he enjoys illustrating his favorite things in his free time. Amongst them is Makan Till Shiok!, an award-winning illustration about well-known local foods that can be found in Singapore, in commemoration of SG50.
