This is a 1970s vintage Kestila Finland skirt.  This vintage Kestila Finland skirt is woven with maroon and white striping against a grey background.  It is cut fully so that it falls in drapes with a panel at the front and another at the back.  The skirt comes with a belt and closes with a zipper and snap at the right, at least that is what made sense to me given the orientation of the pocket snaps - in any case, the back basically looks the same as the front should you want to wear the pocket snaps to the front.  The skirt is lined in brown acetate and the pockets are trimmed in leather.

Fabric:  70% wool / 30% polyester 

Sizing: Size 10 is indicated, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Waist:  28” around

Hips:  36”-38”, should fall loosely

Length:  33 1/4”

Condition: This vintage Kestila Finland skirt is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear, soiling or staining - the label, however, does have wear and the leather pocket trim also has some slight wear.
