All prices stated are exclusive of postage charges. The merchant will now deliver our parcels via door to door delivery. There are two options available:
Normal courier delivery is chargeable at SGD3.00 per parcel, regardless of the number of items per parcel. An email with a tracking number will be sent to the customer after the parcel has been picked up. The parcel will be delivered within one to two working days. Free courier delivery is offered for purchases over SGD100 in a single invoice.
Please ensure that your full mailing address and correct contact number is stated in your order when you check out your items.
To qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, any defects with item must be reported strictly within 7 days from shipped date. Kindly e-mail
[email protected] with clear pictures of the defect(s) on item.
1. For items that are deemed defective by the merchant, they will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Postage costs to and fro for exchanges in this situation will be borne by the merchant.
2. In the event that returned items are deemed NOT defective by the merchant, a credit note equal to the value of the apparel will be issued to the customer. Postage costs will not be reimbursed.
3. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or credit notes unless it is defective.
4. For exchange of sizes/colours due to a misfit or change in customers' preferences, exchanges will only be entertained if item is still in stock. Postage costs to and fro due to this exchange will have to be completely borne by the customer. Please note that customers have to return products to the merchant via Registered Mail under this option, and make payment for a re-mail of the new item to them via their preferred mode of delivery. In the event that item is no longer in stock, a credit note equal to the value of the apparel will be issued to the customer.

Due to manufacturing inconsistencies, there may be 0.5" to 1" difference in our given measurements. This variance is NOT considered a defect and exchanges due to this will NOT be entertained.
Items mailed back to the merchant without prior confirmation from us will strictly not be entertained.
The merchant reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. The merchant reserves the right to amend terms and conditions as and when they deem fit.
