This long sleeve dress features a full, gathered, drop waist skirt (with gathering continuing right over the draped pockets), sleeves with a classic shirt cuff, a high neck with a trailing bias scarf and is completely reversible. Worn with the scarf neck at the front you can wrap the scarf around a few times to create an almost dandy like pussy bow effect, worn the other way the numerous ties and draped panels allow you to wear it as open and plunging or as covered up as you like. The ties can also be used to cinch in the silhouette and bring it back to the body.
