They serve 2 amazing purposes: They reduce waste AND they help Ismail to train up new tailors. Ismail loves to give the team a chance to learn skills, so any of the checkers & thread cutters can sit with one of the skilled tailors when there's time and make these bags! Learning how to sew gives them the opportunity to work their way up to being tailors!
