Modern Tudor is considered “The New Rolex” for it keeps the same energy that Rolex rolled out from approximately 1990-2010: a luxury tool watch made to wear for everything forever.  The FXD here stands for “fixed” and it is reminiscent of military watches like the Hamilton GG-W-113 or W10.  Tudor tends to take pages out of the history books and create modern iterations such as this titanium diver with 42mm case and a pair of 22mm straps.
