This is a wonderful vintage 1970s printed velvet jacket, most likely made in France.  The only label affixed to the interior is “Coton”, which is the French spelling for cotton.  This vintage 1970s printed velvet jacket, is made with wide lapels, a three button front, three button split cuffs and has a large patch pocket at either side as well as a faux pocket at the left bust..  The jacket is fully lined in black acetate.  The velvet is printed with a wonderful pattern consisting of repeating motifs of a bird, flower and fan.

Color: Black with the pattern in blue, gold yellow, green, grey, pink and red

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking into the style of this vintage 1970s printed velvet jacket, jacket into account:

Shoulders:  15 1/4” across, from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeves:  23 3/4 long from shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeve inseam: 17 1/2”

Bust:  36” around

Waist:  32”  around

Bottom:  40” around

Overall length:  26 1/2”

Condition: This vintage 1970s printed velvet jacket, is in excellent condition with no wear, tear, marks, stains or odour - this jacket looks to have seen very little use and was well cared for over the years.
