This is a lovely Gucci silk scarf dating to the 1970s. This Gucci silk scarf is printed with a floral design consisting of various types of flowers as well as insects - dragonfly, beetle, butterflies, grasshopper, wasp. . “Gucci” is printed at the lower right in a box and the print is signed V Accornero. The scarf measures 34” square. The scarf has an affixed label that reads “Gucci 100%-Seta Dry Clean Only Cool Iron 100% Silk Made in Italy”. The edge is hand rolled. It is in very good condition - there are a few very light smudges in the border, very minor, and there is a very slight scent of perfume. A dry cleaning would take care of both of these issues, although the scarf is perfectly usable as is. This is a very lovely Gucci silk scarf - Gucci quality was exceptionally high during the 1970s!
