This is a vintage sheared rabbit fur coat dyed in a red colour.  The fur on this rabbit fur coat is very soft.  The coat probably dates to the 1980s.  It has padded rounded shoulders, full sleeves with belted cuffs and a collared neckline that can be worn closed or open.  The neck closes with a large silver toned button and loop.  It does up with two buttons at the lower the front - the other four buttons are ornamental.  The interior is lined in a black satin fabric.

Sizing: No size is indicated as this rabbit fur coat was custom made, and although this should fit a medium size (note the oversized style of the coat), please rely on the following measurements for fit taking the thickness of the fur into account:

Shoulders:  18 1/2” across, shoulder seam to shoulder seam, but your shoulder would extend into the rounded top of the sleeve

Sleeves: 22” long from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve

Sleeve Inseam:  16”

Bust: 46” around

Waist: 42” around

Length: 30”

Condition: There are no splits or pronounced wear on this rabbit fur coat - just a bit to the edge of the left pocket opening (see close-up photo).  The coat is a bit faded at the shoulders, probably due to light exposure (see close-up photos).  Despite this, the coat still displays very well as is.

Due to the colour fading, I’m selling this rabbit fur coat at an “as is” reduced price - still a very usable rabbit fur coat that will provide good warmth and give you a stylish look during the winter months!
